Hello, fellow makers! Today, I’m sharing a tutorial for a super cute and practical Triangle Flex Frame Pouch.

The finished size is 10cm × 10cm × 11cm, and it uses a 10cm Flex Frame.

Unlike standard flat pouches, this design features a unique 3D triangular shape with a wide bottom. While it looks compact, the deep 11cm gusset provides amazing storage capacity. It fits AirPods, lipsticks, car keys, and loose change perfectly.

This project is also great for using fabric scraps and makes a lovely
handmade gift. You can complete it in a short time but still end up with
a polished and practical result.

The best part? No zippers are required! It uses a 10cm flex frame (squeeze frame) that pops open with a simple squeeze and snaps shut automatically. This makes it an incredibly beginner-friendly project.

Finished Size & Materials

Finished Size: Width 10cm x Height 10cm x Depth 11cm

Hardware: One 10cm Flex Frame (Squeeze frame)

Fabric Requirements:

Outer Fabric: 23cm x 12cm, 23cm x 18cm, 11cm x 5cm
Lining Fabric: 23cm x 12cm
Fusible Fleece/Interfacing: Recommended for the outer fabric to give the pouch structure.
Tools: Sewing machine, Scissors, Matching thread.

How to Make It

Cut the outer fabric and lining to the same size.

If desired, apply interfacing to the outer fabric for more structure.

Sew outer and lining together

Place the fabrics right sides together and stitch around the edges,

Lining: Leave a 5-7cm opening at the bottom of the lining for turning.

Turn the pouch right side out through the opening,

push out the corners, and press with an iron.

At this stage, the triangle shape will naturally form.

Insert the Flex Frame

Slide the frame into the opening and secure both ends

with hand stitching. This creates the opening and closing mechanism.

Finish
Give it a final press and shape —
your adorable triangle mini pouch is complete ✨

This pouch is easy to open and close, compact yet practical,
