How to Make a Clutch Wallet Using Only One Piece of Fabric
A beginner-friendly zipper wallet with card and bill pockets
This project is a clutch wallet made from just one piece of fabric — no complicated patchwork and no multiple exterior and lining pieces. With a simple construction method, you can create a practical wallet using minimal materials.
Inside the clutch wallet, there are two card pockets and one bill pocket, so you can organize cards, cash, and receipts neatly. The wallet is made using a zipper closure, which keeps everything secure, and it is spacious enough to hold a mobile phone as well.
Even if you are a beginner at sewing, this clutch wallet is easy to make and very satisfying as a first wallet project.
In this post, you’ll find the list of materials, step-by-step photos of the making process, and a video tutorial link so you can follow along comfortably.
