DIY Floral Mini Tote Bag with Inner Pocket (Beginner Friendly)
Hello! Today, I’m sharing a tutorial on how to make a practical mini tote bag using lovely floral fabric that brings the vibe of spring.
The finished size is 20cm wide and 30cm high, which is quite cute, but I added a 7cm depth (gusset) to the bottom to maximize storage. It fits a wallet, phone, and cosmetic pouch comfortably, making it perfect for light walks, grocery runs, or as a secondary bag during travel.
The highlight of this design is the Inner Pocket. I added a small pocket to the lining so that small items like car keys, lip balms, or card holders don’t get lost inside the bag. Also, instead of a complicated zipper, I used a small cover flap with a snap button, making it an easy project for beginners.
