In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to make a cute mini pouch with a handle that’s perfect for storing cosmetics, sanitary pads, or small essentials.

It’s zipper-free and super easy to sew, even for beginners! 

It's a simple pattern that can be easily made.

It's a size that can hold cosmetics and small items.

I made it a little new by using pleated fabric.

This is a pouch that even beginners can easily make.

Finished size : 11cm(4 3/8") x 8cm(3 1/8") x 6cm(2 3/8")

Materials

 Outer layer

  29cm(11 3/8") x 31cm(12 1/4")

  6cm(2 3/8") x 15cm(5 7/8")

  

 Lining

   29cm(11 3/8") x 31cm(12 1/4")

plastic snap button  

Attach the adhesive cotton cut according to the pattern to the outer fabric.

                   Cut the handle fabric into 1/4 and sew 0.2cm(1/16") on both sides.

Sew the handle fabric to the outer fabric.

Cover the outer fabric and lining and 

sew 1cm(3/8") seam allowance except for the opening

Cut the fabric leaving 0.3cm(1/8") seam allowance 

and turn it inside out toward the opening.

Sew 0.2cm(1/16") on the  opening.

Fold the pocket and sew 0.2cm(1/16") on both sides.

Attach the snap button.
